Throwing Injury Prevention Clinic
We will be hosting Throwing Injury Prevention Clinic sessions in our office to discuss strategies to limit throwing injuries including pitch limits and ways to make the most of those limits, a comprehensive teaching of the Thrower's 10 exercise program, and a discussion of when to seek medical evaluation.
