Most people think that when they get a Sports Injury, it will get better after resting for a few days, and then they’ll be able to return to their sports and exercises again.   1. First, you need to make a decision about getting help. So MANY people rest for weeks, hoping that the pain will “just go away with time”, but then 3 weeks later you go back to playing and there that pain is again…or WORSE, the pain is more intense when you start up again.
  2.
